This is to inform you that on October 30, 2015, the Hon'ble High Court Judicature at Bombay, has approved and sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of IDL Speciality Chemicals Limited (Transferor Company - a wholly owned subsidiary Company) in to NXTDIGITAL Limited (formerly known as Hinduja Ventures Limited).
The Company has applied for the certified copy of the order. The same will be uploaded on the website once issued by the High Court.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at their Meeting held on 24th April 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved, subject to necessary approvals as may be required, the amalgamation of IDL Speciality Chemicals Limited a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with the Company and appointed date is 1st April 2015.
