up to serve the marketing, sales and billing needs of a large telecom
company out of Dallas. A joint venture that oversees the operation
ensures management participation from both sides, sharing of rewards
and the pooling together of core competencies.
Yet another successful example was HTMT's participation through
financial equity, sharing of processes and a common business goal
with a US based IT Solutions architecting company. While our partner
could conceive IT solutions specific to the needs of their customers,
we would complement them by providing the backend offshore capability
to implement those solutions on Time, under Budget while exceeding
Quality standards that are set. HTMT actively explores business
